This privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) applies to any person who accesses the www.iello.fr website (hereinafter the “Website”), creates a User account on the Website, purchases goods on the Website or interacts with IELLO either via the contact form on the Website or by sending an electronic message (hereinafter the “User”).
IELLO, as the data controller, is committed to protecting the privacy of Users in accordance with legal requirements and in particular law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 (known as the “Informatique et Libertés” law). As data controller, IELLO collects Users’ personal data lawfully and fairly and respects their rights. The main purpose of collecting personal data is to provide Users with a safe, optimal, efficient and personalised experience.
The information collected by IELLO, including personal data, is used for the following purposes:
- Manage the User account creation procedure and manage the User account;
- To provide the services offered on the Website and, in particular, to enable the User to purchase goods on the Website;
